The system is already trained on our communications library and operating rules. It can research, synthesise, draft, challenge, compare, adapt and pressure-test at a scale a small human team could not economically reproduce.
That is where the economics change: fewer paid hours are consumed by repetitive production, while people stay focused on the decisions that actually require judgement.
The lab does not replace judgement.
Clients should not have to care which model completed which internal task. They should care whether the work produced the right result and whether a named human is accountable for it.
The agency owns the relationship and the recommendation. The lab expands the field of research, challenge and production.

AI augmentation gives us elastic research and production capacity without carrying a large permanent delivery pyramid into every brief. We activate the capabilities the work needs, when it needs them.
That lowers delivery cost. Humans set the problem, approve the evidence, choose the direction and sign off the work. The AI system supplies leverage around them.
